A white sage smudge stick is a bundle of dried white sage leaves, used in the ancient ritual of smudging to cleanse and purify a space or person by burning its smoke. This practice is  used to clear negative energy and promote healing, clarity, and spiritual awareness.

How it works

    How to use
    1. Set an intention: 
      Before you begin, decide what you want to achieve (e.g., "I want to clear my space of negative energy").
    2. Light the tip: 
      Light the tip of the sage stick with a flame until the leaves begin to smolder and smoke.
    3. Walk around: 
      Slowly walk around the space you wish to cleanse, gently fanning the smoke into corners, closets, or any areas that need clearing.
    4. Extinguish: 
      To extinguish, gently tap the smoking end into a fireproof bowl or simply let it burn out in the fireproof container.
    5. Clean up: 
      Ensure the embers are fully out before leaving the area.

      We open our windows in each room after smudging it, to allow the stale air out and fresh air in. After a good smudging when you open the window the smoke will whoosh out.
